All-American Cheeseburgers

What food comes to mind when you think of summertime in the USA? For me it is definitely a cheeseburger hot off of the grill! My favorite! What could be better? It's delicious, easy, fast with little clean up. And everyone loves them! Here is a great recipe for perfectly seasoned cheeseburgers...


1 lb ground beef

Worchestershire sauce

Seasoning salt

Garlic powder

Fresh cracked pepper

American Cheese

Hamburger Rolls




  1. Divide up the ground beef into 4 equal pieces.

  2. Form the beef into 4 patties and make an indent in the middle. This will keep the burgers flatter.

  3. Give 2 to 3 dashes of Worchestershire sauce on each side of the patty.

  4. Season the patties by sprinkling garlic powder and seasoning salt on both sides.

  5. Grind fresh black pepper on both sides.

  6. You are ready to fire up that grill and cook the burgers.

  7. When one side is done, flip and add cheese and cook until the other side is done.

Make sure that you top your All-American Cheeseburger with some lettuce, tomato and onion. And don't forget the ketchup and mustard too!
