Isn't it awful when your mushrooms go bad before you got to use them? To keep this from happening, take the mushrooms out of the plastic container when you get home from the store. Place the unwashed mushrooms in a brown bag and fold over the top. Store the bagged mushrooms in the refrigerator. This bag will absorb the moisture and keep the mushrooms fresh longer! Up to a week. Try it!!
