Has anyone noticed anything different? I have some big news to share! I dropped the "quarantine" from "Kir's Quarantine Cuisine"! My blog, Facebook and Instagram page are now "Kir's Cuisine"!!
Do you like the new name? Do you want to know how it all began? I started this page in April of 2022 to help my friends in the kitchen. I went from juggling the schedules of 7 sports teams to being stuck at home with an empty calendar. Back then, none of us wanted to put our masks on and go to the grocery store. So I wanted to share creative ways to use what we have in our freezers and pantries and stretch out our food by using all leftovers (now, in 2022, these tips are even more important as we are all trying to save money in the grocery store).
Fast forward...it has been over 2 years now and I am SO glad that I decided to start this blog. I am humbled to say that my Facebook page now has over 5,000 people following. And it is an absolute honor to have Le Cordon Bleu International follow my Instagram page!! What a huge compliment to have the world's top culinary school follow my simple blog! Such an honor!
l love doing this blog and I love all of the friends that I have made through it - all across the country! I hope that you are enjoying my recipes and tips! Thank you for joining me on this journey.
