Fall is definitely here! I love to stay seasonal with my salads. It is time to add some tastes of fall to my salad! This salad has so many healthy toppings that all compliment each other beautifully! The crisp iceberg lettuce is the perfect bed for the smooth avocado, sharp blue cheese, sweet figs, crunchy apples and roasted pepitas. You have to try this salad! It is a perfect, healthy fall lunch!
Chopped Avocado Autumn Salad
Ingredients:
Iceberg lettuce, chopped
Apple, sliced thin and diced
Avocado, diced
Dried California mission figs, diced
Blue cheese, crumbled
Roasted pepitas
Viniagrette of choice
Simply toss all of the above ingredients above in a bowl and serve chilled. You will love this Chopped Avocado Autumn Salad!
