Citrus Sangria

June 11, 2021

Happy Friday all! Summer must be right around the corner because I am craving one of my favorite summer drinks -Sangria! For tonight's "Friday Night Cocktail", I am whipping up a pitcher of my favorite Citrus Sangria. This is the perfect summertime drink to share with your friends on the porch. It is so light, crisp and refreshing! And everyone always loves it! Cheers!

Citrus Sangria

Ingredients: 1 bottle white wine 1 cup orange vodka 3 cups lemonade 1 grapefruit 1 orange 2 limes 1 large lemon Ice cubes

  1. Chop up the grapefruit, orange, lemon and limes into small pieces.

  2. Pour the white wine, vodka and lemonade into a pitcher and stir.

  3. Add all of the cut up citrus fruit to the pitcher and stir.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

  5. Serve chilled over lots of ice and enjoy!

Look at all of those gorgeous colors! I love how easy it is to make a pitcher of this Citrus Sangria! It is so perfect for summer!

Note: If you have leftover sangria, please make sure that you remove the citrus fruit before refrigerating it overnight. This will keep the sangria from becoming bitter. Mason jars are great for refrigerating leftover sangria.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend!
