Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Today was just one of those crazy days. Nonstop! Crock pot to the rescue!


I made one of our favorites today - this Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken. My family always gets so excited when they come home and they smell this Buffalo Chicken cooking! And I love how easy it is to make! Just throw it in your crock pot in the morning and then a yummy dinner is ready for you when you get home.

It's a perfect filling for sandwiches and wraps. Or even on top of a salad! If you love buffalo chicken, you will love this super easy recipe! Plus, it is so much cheaper than the price of chicken wings these days. This is always a family favorite!


Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients:

Cooking Spray

3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts

Garlic powder

Kosher salt and pepper to taste

1 (12 oz.) bottle of buffalo wing sauce

1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing


  1. Spray the bottom and sides of your slow cooker with cooking spray.

  2. Place your chicken breasts into your slow cooker and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  3. Pour your favorite bottle of buffalo chicken wing sauce over top. Make sure that all of the chicken is coated with sauce.

  4. Put the lid on and cook it on low for 6 to 8 hours.

  5. When you are ready to serve, take two forks and shred the chicken.

  6. Add either blue cheese or ranch dressing and stir well.

Now you are ready to serve it however you would like!! There are so many different ways to enjoy this Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken! I love it on a roll with blue cheese dressing and lettuce!
