8 eggs, beaten

2 cups milk

2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 lb. bacon, diced and cooked

8 oz. block of cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray.

  3. Dice up your bagels into small pieces and divide into two.

  4. Add half of your bagel pieces into a single layer in the dish.

  5. Top the bagels with a layer of half of the cheese and half of the bacon.

  6. Repeat with another layer of bagel, cheese and bacon.

  7. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, Worchestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
