It's the last day of summer and we are getting ready for a big tropical storm to hit tomorrow. Lots of rain is expected. How do you brighten up your rainy weekend nights at home? You take the fresh, sweet summer taste of a peach and make a cocktail with it!
This Fizzy Peach Vodka Cocktail is incredible! You will absolutely love this refreshing cocktail! The fresh peach taste is so light and naturally sweet! It's the perfect cocktail to kick off your weekend! Cheers!
Fizzy Peach Vodka Cocktail
(Makes one cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 peach, diced
Ice
2 oz. Vodka
5 oz. peach flavored seltzer water
Take your diced peach and blend it in a blender. Skins on and all! I have a small smoothie maker and it works great for this.
Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice.
Pour the blended peach pulp, vodka and peach flavored seltzer water into the cocktail shaker.
Give a good shake and pour over ice.
Enjoy this cool and refreshing drink!
Add everything to your cocktail shaker...
And serve over ice...
