We can't let anything go to waste! What do you do when a recipe only calls for one cup of stock and you still have 3 cups left and won't be using it in the next 4-5 days? Pour it into plastic containers with different measurements and freeze them. That way you will have stock ready to go for the next time that you need it! And no waste!
Works great for chicken, vegetable and beef stock!
