Do you feel like you are living in the kitchen these days? Are you sick and tired of making lunches? My boys have always loved those delicious frozen "Uncrustables". But there is no way that I am cutting off the crust these days! These are so easy to make! Buy a few loaves of bread, make it once, pop it in the freezer and you will have lunch for days!!
I know that we all know how to make PBJs! But just make sure that you put a thin layer of peanut butter on BOTH sides and then the jelly (so it doesn't sink through the bread). Then cut in half and put in a sandwich bag. Repeat, repeat and repeat.
Then stack the bagged sandwiches in your loaf bag and freeze. You now have an easy lunch that the kids can put out in the morning to thaw! Or my boys love them frozen!
