The apples and pears have been so beautiful this season! I love using them in lots of recipes. As you know, I hate to let any food go to waste. So I discovered a great way to cut them so that you don't waste the whole core.
It is so easy! Just cut your pear or apple in half. Then take a melon baller and scoop out the seeds. It works perfectly and this way you are getting the most out of your fruit!
Just take a knife to cut off the bottom part and they are ready to be sliced. Just look at how elegant the slices of apples and pears look in this pitcher of sangria!
