I can't believe that St. Patrick's Day is less than a week away! The days of drinking green beer on March 17th are long behind me. So for this "Friday Night Cocktail", I am trying a lighter and fresh tasting green cocktail made with champagne or Prosecco...a Green Melon Royale! This is a fun change up on the traditional Kir Royale. It is so light and bubbly! And the bright green color makes this the perfect cocktail for your St. Patrick's Day festivities! Cheers!
Green Melon Royale
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Green Melon Liqueur
Champagne or Prosecco, chilled
Simply add the Green Melon Liqueur to a champagne flute and then fill the glass with champagne or Prosecco.
