My family and I love to camp! We try to do it as much as we can. Honestly, nothing tastes better than a dinner cooked over the fire after a full day of hiking and fishing! It is the best! My boys always beg for me to cook this super easy and flavorful pork tenderloin on our camping trips! You can cook it over the grill too!
Grilled Garlic Ranch Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin
Packet of dry ranch dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Garlic salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Mix together the oil, vinegar and ranch seasoning. Mason jars are great for this.
Put the pork tenderloin in a large Ziploc bag.
Pour the ranch mixture over the pork and seal.
Let it marinate for at least an hour and up to 24 hours.
When you are ready to grill the pork tenderloin, season it with garlic powder and lots of freshly ground pepper. On all sides.
Grill the tenderloin until the internal temperature is 150 degrees.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes and then slice and serve.

With beef being so much more expensive these days, this grilled pork tenderloin is the perfect substitution!! Especially over the fire or grill!
