What did you have for your Father's Day dinner?
My husband spent the majority of his weekend doing what he loves...coaching my youngest son's lacrosse team at a tourney down in Baltimore. We were so happy that he made it home in time to see my oldest's last game and he got the best Father's Day gift ever! My son scored a goal from defense, with our entire family there, on the last play of the game!!
It was a hot and sunny day and I could not imagine firing up the grill for dinner! So tonight we had cast iron pan fried NY strip steaks with blue cheese, mashed potatoes and salad. Cooking in the air conditioning felt amazing!! Such fun and memorable day!
