Homemade Hotdog Buns and Hamburger Rolls

1. We were having hotdogs for dinner and didn’t have any hotdog buns. My boys and husband would be fine eating it old school, on a piece of white bread. But if I’m going to have a hotdog, I am going “ALL IN” and want it on a roll. So I used this King Arthur Flour recipe and was surprised at just how easy it was. Honestly! I cut this recipe in half because the yeast that I have left is like gold to me.

Note: I used parchment paper instead of greasing the pan and it worked great!
