Happy Friday all! I have a confession to make...I might have had my "Friday Night Cocktail" a little before my usual 5:00 p.m. cocktail hour. This was one well deserved coffee/cocktail break. We got some more snow and ice today so I spent the afternoon shoveling out our very long driveway. I came in and decided to make this delicious coffee cocktail to take away the aches and pains from shoveling. It helped! Baileys Irish Cream Coffee is always such a delicious treat. And it was the perfect drink to warm me up on a cold and snowy day.
Baileys Irish Cream Coffee Cocktail
Ingredients:
Hot brewed coffee
1.5 oz. Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
Whipped Cream
Optional: 1 tsp. Sugar
Add the Irish whiskey and Baileys Irish Cream to a mug. Fill your mug with hot coffee. If desired, add sugar and stir. Top your coffee cocktail with whipped cream and enjoy hot. It is so delicious!
If only I could teach Wilson how to shovel...
