Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is only a week and a half away? I certainly cannot! If you are looking for an easy appetizer to make for Thanksgiving, this one is the one for you! It is so quick and easy to make - yet, it is always elegant. Afterall, who doesn't love a hot, cheesy spinach artichoke dip? It is one of our holiday favorites!! And it is sure to become one of yours too!

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip


2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

2 green onions, diced

3/4 cup pf mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh cracked pepper

Pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, green onion, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste and stir.

  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until combined.

  4. Spray a pie dish with cooking spray and spread the spinach and artichoke mixture into the dish.

  5. Sprinkle some paprika over top.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes, until nice and bubbly. If your oven is full, you can also microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Just make sure that it is hot and bubbly!
