Do you have fresh cilantro leftover from yesterday? Wet a paper towel with water and wring it out good. Wrap that wet paper towel around the cilantro and put it into a plastic bag. Store in the refrigerator veggie drawer. This cilantro pictured has been in my fridge for two weeks!
