It is like Christmas here! My order of yeast just arrived in the mail! Who knew that yeast would be so hard to find during this quarantine?! I have always baked bread and my jar was getting low. This pound of yeast making me so happy today!
The best way to store your precious yeast is by keeping it in a Mason jar in the fridge. It stays fresh and active for the longest time this way!! Now, it's time for me to fill up this jar again and go and bake something.
