I hope that everyone had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day! I always enjoy this delicious toast on the day after...
Leftover Irish Soda Bread is delicious when you toast it! Then I love to spread some cream cheese on it and sprinkle it with cinnamon! Or cinnamon-sugar if I am on the mood for something sweeter. Those two flavors are the perfect compliment to the orange zest and raisins! It makes me realize that I really should make Irish Soda Bread more often so that I can enjoy this easy and delicious breakfast!
