This truly is one of my most favorite sparkling cocktails! And of course, I just love the name of it too!
Have you ever had a Kir Royale? It is such an elegant, light and classic cocktail that everyone always loves! And it's so easy to make! The Crème de Cassis gives the Prosecco a perfect light blackcurrant berry flavor. I love to serve this special cocktail for brunches, bridal showers and luncheons too. Cheers to a wonderful weekend!
Kir Royale Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
Champagne or Prosecco, chilled
Optional garnish: a raspberry, a cherry or a lemon twist.
Add the Crème de Cassius to a champagne flute. Fill the glass with your favorite Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish your glass with a raspberry, cherry or lemon twist if you would like.
