The simple pleasures from past generations...
June 7, 2020
When I was young, we would drive from Pittsburgh to Chester County, Pennsylvania to visit with my grandparents. I remember my grandfather drinking his coffee out of this blue and white teacup and saucer every morning, as he would read his paper.
I have learned one thing while being quarantined at home. Why are we saving "the good stuff" for holidays?! Life is too short. Enjoy and use what you have. And of course, there are still those occasions that call for paper plates and Solo cups too!!
Just keep cooking and entertaining fun! I can't wait to be able to have friends and family over again!
