It was a hot and humid night and we did not want to leave the pool tonight. Hot Friday summer nights like this call for one super cold and refreshing drink.
For my "Friday Night Cocktail", I made a Lime Mint Hard Spiked Seltzer Cocktail. It is so easy to make and transforms a regular can of hard seltzer into an elegant and refreshing summer cocktail! The fresh mint and lime are a perfect pairing with the lime hard seltzer. It definitely takes canned hard seltzer to a whole new level!
Lime Mint Hard Spiked Seltzer Cocktail
Ingredients:
Can of sparkling lime hard seltzer
8 mint leaves
1/2 of a lime (cut into 4 wedges)
Ice cubes
Take a tall glass and muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges together with a spoon.
Fill the glass with ice.
Fill the glass with lime hard seltzer, give it a stir and enjoy!
This is such a cold and refreshing drink! And it is the perfect way to have an easy and delicious cocktail when you are away from home! Perfect for the summer! Cheers to a wonderful weekend!
