Lucky Charms Marshmallow Bars for St. Patrick's Day

If you are looking for an easy, no-bake dessert for St. Patrick's Day, then this is the one for you!


Did anyone else just eat the marshmallows out of their their Lucky Charms cereal when you were little? We rarely had "sugar cereal" growing up so those marshmallows were always my favorite part. With this delicious dessert, now you can have marshmallows in every sweet, yummy bite!


This is such a festive dessert for St. Patrick's Day! Perfect colors for an Easter dessert. Or all year long! And it takes just minutes to make.


Lucky Charms Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz.) bag of mini marshmallows

1 stick of butter

1 (11.5 oz.) box of Lucky Charms (approximately 9 cups)

Cooking spray

Optional: green sprinkles


  1. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pot on the stove, over medium heat.

  3. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until all of the marshmallows have melted together with the butter.

  4. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the Lucky Charms cereal.

  5. Stir until the cereal and marshmallows are combined well.

  6. Pour into the prepared dish and spread into an even layer.

  7. If desired, decorate with green sprinkles.

  8. Cover with plastic wrap until you are ready to serve.

  9. Cut into squares when you are ready to eat and enjoy!
