Orange Marmalade

We have been at home for how many weeks now?! I am missing my friends big time! I wanted to make them a little something to let them know that I was thinking of them❤ It was so fun to go for a drive, with the windows down and sing my heart away! Haven't done that in ages!! And drop off a gift, made with love, at their front door.
This marmalade is so easy!! And it is another way to get some Vitamin C!! It is delicious on top of crackers spread with goat cheese or cream cheese. And it is great warmed up and brushed onto chicken or pork on the grill.
