Do you have a recipe that only calls for two green onions? Do you still have a whole bunch left? Don't let these green onions go to waste!
Instead, chop those green onions up and freeze them in plastic container. Now the next time that you have a recipe that calls for green onions, it will be a breeze to just pull the chopped green onions out of the freezer. This works great for garlic scapes too!
