Memorial Day Weekend is right around the corner! I love that long weekend! It always makes me feel like we are kicking off the summer.
We love to barbecue on Memorial Day! And when I think of barbecue, we have to have one of our favorite foods...deviled eggs! We love deviled eggs so much! We love Old Bay too! So I decided to put two of our favorites together and they are a match made in heaven. Old Bay is the perfect seasoning to spice up these deviled eggs! If you are an Old Bay fan, you have to try these!
Old Bay Deviled Eggs
7 eggs, hard boiled
1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Old Bay
Cut the eggs in half and put the yolks into your mixing bowl. Leaving the whites on a platter.
In a mixer, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce and Old Bay.
Turn on the mixer and blend until smooth. You might need to scrape down the sides a few times.
Scoop the egg yolk mixture into a plastic bag.
Cut a corner of the plastic bag off with scissors.
Now you can easily "pipe" the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Fill each egg and garnish with some more Old Bay seasoning and chives.
Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
These Old Bay Deviled Eggs are the perfect appetizer or side for your upcoming Memorial Day barbecue! I am already looking forward to that long weekend! I can't wait!
