Old Bay Tuna Melt

October 6, 2022

I definitely did not get my fill of Old Bay and crabs during my visit to Annapolis! I have been craving it ever since!

So tonight, I am going to curb that craving by making my favorite Old Bay Tuna Melt! This is my favorite way to season tuna fish! If you are in an area where it isnt easy to buy crabs, this does the trick. Plus it's so much cheaper! The Old Bay goes perfectly with it! This makes a delicious, inexpensive, fast and easy lunch or dinner. If you like Old Bay seasoning, you will absolutely love this!

Old Bay Tuna Melt

Ingredients:

Two 5 oz. cans of tuna fish, drained and flaked

1 1/2 stalks of celery, finely diced

1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayo, depending on your preference (I did a 1/2 cup)

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Bread slice or English Muffin

Cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine the tuna, celery, mayo and Old Bay in a bowl.

  3. Spread a layer of your tuna salad onto the bread.

  4. Top with cheddar cheese. And sprinkle more Old Bay. Because you have to curb this craving!!

  5. Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes or in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Until bubbly and golden.

Just look at that cheesy Old Bay tuna melt! I absolutely love this one! And you will too!
