Yesterday was my mom’s 70th birthday and it was SO hard not to be able to be with her and celebrate the amazing mom and lady that she is. We missed Easter together, as well. It’s so hard not to be able to be with the ones that we love. Especially for the special occasions. Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime but I can’t wait to give them all a hug.
I’m sharing my moms “famous” Oreo Pie recipe in honor of her 70th birthday! It was my favorite growing up and this was before the days of Cookies-n-Cream Ice Cream. It’s amazing!!
