I love to make Dutch Baby Pancakes! Sometimes they are called German Pancakes too. They are so easy to make and I always have these ingredients on hand. Plus it is so much easier to just throw this in the oven rather than standing over the hot griddle making pancake after pancake.
I love this puffy, sweet baked breakfast! Especially with powdered sugar and syrup on top! How elegant is this delicious breakfast?! And easy, too! You will love it!
Peach Dutch Baby Pancake
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
I peach, sliced thin (can also use canned peaches - just drain them really well)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt the butter in a 9x13” dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Add the flour a little at a time, while stirring.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into the prepared dish.
Add the peach slices.
Bake for about 20 to 23 minutes, until golden and puffy.
Serve warm with powdered sugar or maple syrup. Or both!
I love the fresh and natural sweet taste of peaches! This simple recipe brings out that taste! Only you will know just how easy this recipe is to make. So delicious!
