I love peaches so much! And I love a delicious and easy breakfast casserole! When you put the two together, you have perfection!
This Peaches and Cream Breakfast Casserole is amazing! And the best part is that you can make it ahead of time. So when you wake up in the morning, all you have to do is put it in the oven. These are the best kind of recipes! You will love this one!
Peaches and Cream Breakfast Casserole
Loaf of bread, cubed
1 cup peaches, diced (can use fresh, frozen or canned)
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream(or milk)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Add your bread and peaches to the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream and vanilla.
Ladle the egg mixture over the bread trying to cover it all.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of the bread and eggs. (at this point you can either cover and refrigerate overnight or bake right away)
Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes. Until it is puffed and golden. Serve warm.
