Pimento Cheese Tea Sandwiches

I live in a house full of boys, so I love a pretty and feminine lunch any time that I can get it!! Tea sandwiches are always perfect for that! Just cut the crusts off, spread the Pimento Cheese on it and top with watercress or pea shoots. Then cut into soldier shapes or triangle shapes and enjoy your pretty lunch!

Note: of course nothing can go to waste so save those crusts to use for bread crumbs, croutons etc.
