I absolutely love this time of the year!! And with the way that 2020 has gone so far, we ALL need some positive holiday spirit! And some holiday cheer!
We spent today putting our Christmas lights up outside! I love this magical time of the year and I was in the mood for a festive drink for our "Friday Night Cocktail"! This is one of my favorites and it is always a hit! Pomegranate and Prosecco go perfectly together! And just look at the beautiful red color that this cocktail has! Top it off with some frozen cranberries and you have the easiest and best cocktail for your Christmas and holiday season! Cheers!
Pomegranate Prosecco Sparkling Cocktail
Ingredients:
Pomegranate liqueur
Prosecco, chilled
Frozen cranberries
This cocktail couldn't be easier or more delicious! Simply add equal parts of pomegranate liqueur and Prosecco to a champagne flute. Then top off the glass with some frozen cranberries to add the perfect holiday touch. And it helps to keep the cocktail chilled too. If you would like to serve this for brunch you could substitute the pomegranate liqueur with pomegranate juice. Both ways are delicious!
