Pressure Cooker Grilled Barbecue Chicken Legs

July 2, 2020

Any time that we have a party with kids, these barbecue chicken legs are on the menu. It is everyone's favorite! And I always make extras because the adults love them just as much. I love how you can always find chicken legs on sale in large family packs. I recently found them for .79 a pound and loaded up my freezer with them. It is the perfect party food to feed a large group.

I found that cooking the chicken legs first in the pressure cooker makes it SO much easier! When I used to just grill them, it took forever to cook fully. Who wants to stand around a hot grill in July? Now it makes entertaining so much easier! I just cook them ahead of time in the pressure cooker - so that I know that the chicken legs are fully cooked through. Then, right before dinner is served, we just warm them up on the grill with our favorite barbecue sauce and voila! Dinner is served! Couldn't be easier!

This would be a perfect dinner for your family's 4th of July barbecue!
