Do you have a recipe that calls for shredded cheese? Are you trying to save money at the grocery store? Cheese ends are perfect for this! Most deli counters will sell you their "cheese ends" at a highly discounted price. Then all that you have to do is shred them in your food processor and you have shredded cheese for your next recipe!
