This is one of my most favorite breakfasts ever! I love starting my day with this nutritious breakfast! The egg, avocado and "everything bagel seasoning" go perfectly together on a crispy piece of toast. And it is so easy to make! What is your favorite breakfast?
Smashed “Everything”Avocado and Dippy Egg Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of multigrain bread
1/2 tbsp butter
1 egg
Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 mini avocado (or half of a regular avocado)
Toast a piece of multigrain bread.
While the bread is toasting, melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Lower the heat to medium and crack your egg into the skillet.
Sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning onto your egg.
Let it cook for a few minutes, until the egg starts to set up and the egg white turns white.
Flip and let the egg cook for about 20 seconds on the other side and remove from the heat. If you prefer a firmer yolk, cook a little longer.
Smash and spread the avocado onto your piece of toast and sprinkle with some everything bagel seasoning.
Place the egg on top of the seasoned avocado toast. Enjoy right away.
This breakfast is pure comfort food to me! I love dipping my toast in the egg yolk! So delicious!
