Spring has sprung in Colonial Williamsburg...

April 8, 2021

Ahhh, it was such a treat to be able to get away for a few days with my family to one of my favorite places. I love everything about Colonial Williamsburg! My boys call it my "WandaVision" town because if I could create a town, it would probably look just like Colonial Williamsburg.

I love that spring arrives a bit earlier in Williamsburg. I love American History and learning a bit more with each visit. I love peaking over the picket fences to view into the gardens. I love all of the brick buildings and walkways. I love all of the antiques and period clothing. I just love how you feel like you are back in time when you are there.

Where would your "WandaVision" town be?

Look at these beautiful tulips and the Governor's Palace...

I always love seeing these come down the street...

I wish that we could have eaten here but it is so hard to get a reservation right now...

I love all of the gardens of Williamsburg.

It was such a treat to see all of the flowers and trees blooming!

That is the Williamsburg Capitol Building in the distance...

I always have to stop for a root beer at Chownings! So refreshing!

More garden envy...

I love this old windmill...

I am so thankful for a few days away with my family!! We needed it!
