What are your "must have" foods on vacation?
I grew up going to Ocean City, New Jersey and I used to love to walk the boardwalk at night. I would always look forward to buying fudge at The Fudge Kitchen, salt water taffy from Shriver's, caramel popcorn from Johnson's Popcorn and pizza from Mac & Manco's. I have the BEST memories from these special boardwalk treats of the Jersey Shore.
Now that we vacation at the Delaware beaches, I have continued these food traditions with my boys. We always have to get our favorite - Grotto Pizza! Several times! It has such a unique flavor that you just can't find anywhere else. And to keep up with the fudge, taffy and caramel popcorn tradition, we always have to stop by Candy Kitchen and Fisher's Popcorn too!
What are your favorite vacation foods?
We can just never get enough of Grotto Pizza!
