3 for 1 Meal! PART 3


Hear is the third meal that we got out the super easy Slow Cooked Roast Pork recipe. Honestly that pork kept us fed all week! Definitely try it! My boys have been hungry for cheese steaks so Super Cheesy Roast Pork Sandwiches it is!!


MEAL #3


Leftover Slow Cooker Roast Pork(see previous post for this easy recipe)

Shredded cheese- whatever you have

Ciabatta rolls

Banana Ring Peppers

Optional: diced onions and/or diced peppers


1. Take the leftover roast pork and warm it up in a skillet. No oil is needed. (Optional: you could add the diced onions and peppers now too. My boys didn't want them)

2. Add the cheese and stir until it is melted and super cheesy!

3. Put the pork and cheese mixture on your roll and top with banana peppers. Serve hot and enjoy! My boys added ketchup to it as well.

Do you still have leftover roast pork?


This roast pork feeds the masses. So if you still have leftovers, toss it in the slow cooker with some barbecue sauce for barbecue sandwiches!! A great and easy one for meal #4!!
