Cheers! It's Friday night and it is time for a "Friday Night Cocktail"! A hot summer day calls for the most refreshing cocktail ever! I first discovered this drink on a trip to the Riviera Maya and it was love at first sip! The frozen margarita adds a perfect lime flavor and helps to keep the beer super cold. It is honestly the coldest and most refreshing cocktail ever! Perfect for this steamy, hot summer day!
Iceberg Beer Cocktail
Ingredients:
Corona or a Light Beer, chilled
Frozen Margarita (please find my easy recipe below)
Lime wedge
To make an Iceberg, first prepare a Frozen Margarita. Then fill a tall glass 3/4 full with your favorite Mexican or Light Beer. Top off your glass with the Frozen Margarita and garnish with a fresh lime.
Take a sip and dream of being under these palm trees in the Riviera Maya...
This is the first Iceberg Cocktail that I tried in Mexico...
Making it at home is just as delicious...
One sip takes me back to Mexico...
