I hope that everyone had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day! I always enjoy this delicious toast on the day after.
Leftover Irish Soda Bread is delicious when you toast it! Then I love to spread some cream cheese on it and sprinkle it with cinnamon! Those two flavors are the perfect compliment to the orange zest and raisins! It makes me realize that I really should make Irish Soda Bread more often so that I can enjoy this easy and delicious breakfast!
