Peach and Goat Cheese Phyllo Cup Appetizer with Pecans

I always keep Phyllo Cups in my freezer. They are so perfect to have on hand when you need to put together a quick and elegant appetizer. And everyone always loves them! Today's appetizer is inspired by the easy homemade peach jam that I just made and it is delicious! This is a perfect, easy appetizer to serve for any occasion!


Peach and Goat Cheese Phyllo Cup Appetizer with Pecans

Ingredients:

Phyllo cups

Peach jam or , store bought or homemade (please find the homemade recipe below)

Goat cheese

Pecans, chopped


  1. Place the phyllo cups onto a cookie sheet.

  2. Place a small dollop of goat cheese into each phyllo cup.

  3. Then place a spoonful of peach jam on top of the goat cheese.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over top.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
