Peach Prosecco Bellini

I love this time of the year! That beautiful sweet spot between summer and fall. It’s just perfect! And with the peaches being so great this time of the year, I always crave this drink!


Sweet peaches make the most delicious Bellinis. I love this cocktail and it's perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Fresh peaches are such a refreshing addition to chilled, sparkling Prosecco! They are truly a match made in heaven. I hope that everyone is having a great weekend! Enjoy!


Peach Prosecco Bellini

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, diced

Prosecco, chilled

Optional: 1/4 cup simple syrup


  1. Puree the peaches in a blender. Please note that you can also use frozen peaches as well. If you prefer a sweeter Bellini, add simple syrup (please find recipe below).

  2. Transfer the peach puree to a jar or container and chill in the refrigerator.

  3. When it is cocktail time, add 2 tablespoons of the peach puree to a champagne flute.

  4. Fill the rest of the flute up with chilled Prosecco and stir to combine the peach puree with the Prosecco.
